Subject: A complaint about a order I make

The 2 March I ordered a components of 2X3cm each one and a D70 motor of your online store (order  reference F345/01) I read the conditions carefully. and the item was in the stock.

When the package arrived I see that the dimensions were totally different that I suggested and the D70 motor doesn´t work. I want to explain you that I want a replacement of the items.

He said that I'll have it to the day after tomorrow, it´s a problem but the law is the law.

I´ve never had problems with Twiney´s before.
